Plenty of Tools is a set of tools that run entirely in your web browser. The short version: nothing you type, open or load into a tool is sent to us, because there is no server for it to go to.

What the tools do with your data

• Files and text you provide (a CV, a bank statement, a PDF, an image) are processed on your own device and never uploaded. Closing the tab clears them, unless a tool offers to save a draft in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and which you can clear at any time.
• Microphone, camera and screen capture are used only by the tools that ask for them (the Tuner listens, the Screen Recorder records). The audio and video are processed on your device; the tuner discards them and the recorder saves the file where you choose. Nothing is transmitted.
• Optional street maps in the GPX Route Builder load tiles from OpenStreetMap only when you turn them on. Tile requests share the map area you view and your IP address with OpenStreetMap; your GPX files are not uploaded. The coordinate grid and file tools work without street tiles. • Transcription model downloads come from Hugging Face when you start Browser Transcription. Hugging Face and its file-delivery providers receive your IP address and model requests; audio and transcripts are processed locally and never uploaded. If enabled, only model files are saved in this browser’s cache. Use “Remove cached model” in the tool to delete them. See Hugging Face’s privacy policy.
• Send with Gmail (Invoice Generator) asks for permission to send email as you (the Google scope gmail.send, and nothing else). It cannot read, list or delete your email. When you press Send, your browser sends that one message, with its PDF, directly to Google; it never passes through this site. The access token is held in the memory of that tab and is never stored. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Google sign in (Google Storage Analyser only) asks for read only access to your Drive file metadata: names, sizes, types and dates (the Google scope drive.metadata.readonly, and nothing else). It cannot read the contents of files and cannot change or delete anything. The access token is held in the memory of that tab, is never stored, and is revoked when you press "Sign out". No Google data is transmitted to us. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What the site itself collects

• An offline copy. For the lighter tools, your browser is asked to keep a copy of the page and its code so it still works without a connection. It is the same kind of storage as an ordinary browser cache, it holds only files this site published, and clearing your site data removes it. Nothing about what you do in a tool is stored there or sent anywhere.
• Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages, which sees the same request data any web host sees (IP address, browser, page requested) in order to serve the page.
• Analytics. Since 19 September 2026 every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is one small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It counts page views and where they came from. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, does not follow you to other sites, and never sees anything you type into a tool. It is here so we can tell which tools are worth keeping. See what Cloudflare Web Analytics collects. Blocking it changes nothing about how the tools work.
• There are no advertising trackers and no accounts. Exactly two scripts on this site come from somewhere else: the Cloudflare Web Analytics counter described above, on every page, and Google's sign in library, loaded only when you choose to sign in (Google Storage Analyser, and Send with Gmail in the Invoice Generator). Everything else, including every library a tool uses, is served from this site.
