How this works
- The link is the database. Every change rewrites the address in your browser bar. Copy it and send it; whoever opens it sees this exact ledger and can keep adding to it. If two people edit separate copies, the last link sent wins, so agree on one keeper for the trip.
- Odd cents go to the first people in the split, so totals always match to the cent.
- Fewest transfers. The plan pays the biggest creditor from the biggest debtor until every balance is zero. Five people usually settle in four payments or fewer.
- This device also keeps an autosaved copy so you can come back tomorrow. Clear removes it. Nothing is ever sent to us.
